The Process

Requirements for Course Approval

First step: We are AGD PACE Approved Providers and must abide by their guidelines. Everything is provided for you.  Please see the checklist. Once you have been approved and we start working together, you will be given access to our resources to begin completing the necessary forms and paperwork.

Interested in offering a CE Program?

CE Approved partners with non-AGD PACE Approved providers to make this happen. As a joint provider, our role includes assuring AGD PACE compliance with the publicity and course description, to provide guidance to presenters, manage course surveys, and issue the continuing dental education credits.

Joint Provider Checklist

To approve courses to award AGD PACE Approved CE credits there are certain steps that must be followed and forms that need to be completed.

Company/Facilitator
  1. Complete course registration form
  2. Sign & return Joint Provider Agreement (issued after presenter info and if applicable Commercial support info is received)
  3. Send copy of all publicity used to market the event
  4. All publicity must follow the AGD PACE publicity guidelines. A copy of the guidelines is supplied
  5. Course survey for each course is your responsibility
From the Presenter
  1. Conflict of interest form signed by the presenter(s).
  2. Image Authenticity form signed by presenter(s)
  3. Biography 200 words or less
  4. CV or extensive bio
  5. Headshot photo
  6. Course references must be available
  7. Copy of any course handouts
  8. Copy of quiz if course is self-directed/on-demand
  9. Copy of program in a PDF must be available if asked for.
Commercial Sponsors

1. Sign & return Commercial Support form if applicable

Interested in becoming an AGD PACE or ADA CERP approved provider?

CE Approved will meet with you to determine your needs to become an approved provider. The application is difficult and time consuming. Do you have the information needed to complete the application? Having a history of giving CE is often an integral part of an AGD or ADA application. For this reason, working with CE Approved as a Joint Provider is recommended in many cases.
